Liposuction

A procedure to remove excess fat from the hips, belly, thighs, buttocks, back, arms or face and can be combined with a facelift, breast reduction and tummy tuck. Types of procedures include tumescent liposuction performed under local anesthesia followed by a traditional liposuction, ultra-assisted liposuction using ultrasound to liquefy unwanted fat and is effective for upper abdomen, sides, and back, and finally laser-assisted liposuction using low-energy waves to liquefy fat, removed through a small cannula.
